BOB Power Stream – Official 1-Year Limited Warranty

BOB Power Inc. warrants that each BOB Power Stream is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of delivery to the customer.

What This Warranty Covers

During the one-year warranty period, BOB Power Inc. will repair or replace (at our discretion) any component that fails due to a manufacturing defect, including:

  • Monitor/display

  • Internal amplifier and speaker system

  • Control switches, knobs, and ports

  • USB, PD, DC, and HDMI interfaces

  • Internal wiring and charging circuitry

  • Waterproof seals and enclosure integrity (when used as intended)

  • Internal battery pack (defects only; excludes normal capacity loss)

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This limited warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

  • Accidents, drops, misuse, or improper handling

  • Water intrusion from improperly sealed lids or ports

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration)

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Battery capacity reduction over time (normal aging)Only use provided charger. 

  • Damage caused by using incorrect chargers, cables, or unsafe power sources

  • Loss or theft

Warranty Service Process

To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide:

  1. Proof of purchase (Kickstarter confirmation or order receipt)

  2. A description of the issue

  3. Photos or video demonstrating the defect (if requested)

BOB Power Inc. may repair the unit, replace the unit, or replace the defective component with a new or refurbished equivalent. Shipping instructions will be provided during the claim process.

Limitations

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product only.
BOB Power Inc. is not responsible for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to all customers.
